Mechanism

The Ergohuman 2 Elite ST is equipped with the Drift Tilt synchronous movement mechanism. When unlocked, the backrest tilts synchronously with the seat, following the user’s movements. The backrest tilt is significantly more pronounced and responsive than the seat movement. At any time, the user can lock one of four available recline positions. The mechanism also enables seat depth adjustment, allowing optimal positioning for both shorter and taller users, preventing discomfort from seat pressure on the thighs.

The backrest resistance is adjustable using a knob, utilizing fiberglass technology for durability.

This model also offers seat height and depth adjustment, with a depth adjustment range of 50 mm.

Seat depth and height adjustment, tilt mechanism activation, and a backrest tilt limit memory function are all controlled by a single functional joystick with an elegant chrome finish.

Negative Tilt Angle – Innovative Feature

The Ergohuman 2 Elite ST introduces an innovative negative tilt angle adjustment, ensuring continuous back support even when leaning forward over a keyboard. Tilting the seat and backrest slightly forward relieves pressure on the lower legs, preventing numbness and improving circulation

Backrest Features

The backrest includes a six-step height adjustment with a range of 65 mm, making the chair suitable for taller users.

Seat

The Ergohuman 2 Elite ST chair is available with two seat options, allowing it to be tailored to individual user preferences. Unlike the first-generation Ergohuman Elite chairs, the Elite ST 2 version offers adjustable lumbar support resistance, controlled by a knob located on the back of the chair.

Headrest

The 2D headrest features:

• Height adjustment (80 mm range)
• Tilt adjustment (55° range)

Armrests – 5D Adjustability

The 5D armrests can be adjusted in five directions:

• Height adjustment, allowing ergonomic arm positioning at a 90-degree angle to the torso, significantly reducing back muscle strain during extended work sessions.
• Distance from the seat, enabling better adaptation to different body types.
• Armrest pad length and angle adjustment, enhancing comfort for activities such as typing.
