Mechanism

The Milo BT chair is equipped with the SP2 synchro mechanism, which enables smooth reclining of the backrest in sync with the seat. The backrest moves faster and at a wider angle than the seat, supporting the body’s natural motion and helping maintain correct posture during work. The mechanism allows the user to lock the angle of recline in four positions. The backrest tension can be adjusted using a knob, allowing the resistance to be matched to the user’s body weight. The AntiShock feature protects the back from sudden impact when the lock is released. Additional features include seat depth adjustment within a 5 cm range and smooth seat height adjustment via a gas lift.

Backrest

The Milo BT backrest is designed with comfort and ergonomics in mind. It is made of 40 mm thick cut foam with a density of approximately 25 kg/m³, providing proper resilience and back support. The backrest is fully upholstered and available in a wide range of fabrics and colors. The height adjustment function allows the backrest position to be tailored to the user’s height, ensuring correct spinal alignment and comfort throughout the workday.

Seat

The seat is made from 40 mm thick foam with a density of approximately 35 kg/m³, set on a plywood base. Thanks to seat depth adjustment, the chair can easily be adapted to the user’s height, preventing pressure behind the knees and supporting healthy circulation. The upholstery is available in a wide selection of fabrics and colors, many of which offer high abrasion resistance (up to 150,000 Martindale cycles), ensuring long-lasting quality and appearance.

Armrests

The user can choose between two types of armrests: R8 or R10. The R8 model offers height adjustment (range: 7 cm), allowing the forearms to rest ergonomically and relieving shoulder strain. The R10 armrests are adjustable in three dimensions: height (75 mm), depth (forward-backward: 40 mm), and angle of the arm pad (±15°). Both variants provide comfort and help maintain proper posture while working at a desk.

Base

The Milo BT chair is supported by a five-star black base made of durable nylon. It comes with soft 60 mm castors that are safe for hard surfaces such as wood, laminate, or tile, and also perform well on carpet. This setup ensures stability, mobility, and safety during everyday use.
